Company formation in Serbia is done in a One-Stop-Shop Registration System in Serbian Business Registers Agency (SBRA), which means it is enough to visit one office to get all the paperwork done and it takes only a few days to start a company. This system includes the issuance of:
- the registration number
- the tax identification number for the company
- the social security number
The registration procedure starts with the submission of the application, along with the required supporting documents and proof of payment of the prescribed fees.
There are four different forms of companies that you can establish in Serbia:

- General Partnership Company
