Court Certified Translations
Only certified translators may certify translated documents, also known as sworn translation. They will be listed on the roll of judicial experts, which is updated every year. It is their duty to execute sworn translation and to marry up an original document, for example, Memorandum of Association, in Serbian to their translation, for example into English.
It is obligatory that translators put, at the bottom of the certified or sworn translation, mention of their full name and the Court of Appeals under whose jurisdiction the official translator comes, as well as their signature and their stamp.
