Company formation in Serbia is done in a One-Stop-Shop Registration System in Serbian Business Registers Agency (SBRA), which means it is enough to visit one office to get all the paperwork done and it takes only a few days to start a company. This system includes the issuance of:
- the registration number
- the tax identification number for the company
- the social security number
The registration procedure starts with the submission of the application, along with the required supporting documents and proof of payment of the prescribed fees.
There are four different forms of companies that you can establish in Serbia:
- Limited Liability Company
- Joint-stock Company
- Limited Partnership Company
- General Partnership Company
Additionally, you can register your business as a Sole Proprietor.
When incorporating a company with AsstOffice, you will receive all the help and support needed to start a company. We offer our support regarding drawing up contracts, decisions, articles, applications, resolutions and other documents needed for forming the company.
We can also open a bank account, pay the prescribed fees and transfer the starting capital (the minimum subscribed share capital – monetary or non-monetary – amounts to no less than 100 RSD) to a bank account on your behalf. All of this can be done without you even being present in Serbia (through a power of attorney).
